BTB Refining, LLC is Currently, the refinery provides about 32% of all oil products in the state of Texas produced by the refineries. BTB Refining, LLC operates more on the sounthern part of Houston Port. Due to its favorable geographical location and high technical capabilities, this enterprise is able to ensure domestic and foreign supplies. When the large-scale Renovation and Reconstruction Project was completed BTB Refining, LLC Refinery in 2019, the quality of the produced fuel increased to K-5 standards, the environmental safety level of production raised, the project capacity of the Refinery was ramped up to 5.7 million tons a year, and also the production of light-oil products increased to meet the needs of the US market.
The refinery processes crude oil provided by tollers. The charge for the oil refining services is USD 10.99 per tonne, excluding VAT. The oil product range includes various grades of gasoline (AI-92-K4, and AI-95-K4), diesel fuel (DT-L-K4, DT-E-K4, DT-Z-K4), as well as kerosene-based aviation fuel, liquefied gas, technical sulphur, and fuel oil.

David VattimoPresident and CEO
David Vattimo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BTB Refining. He held the same position at Northwest Oil & Gas Trading Co. from 2012 until its sale in 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in midstream energy logistics. Dave served as Vice President of Sales for Statia Terminals from 2011 to 2013 and also as Vice President of Operations for Statia Terminals from 2002 to 2011.

Bradley CarnerChief Commercial Officer
Bradley Carner is the Chief Commercial Officer of BTB Refining, heading up sales and marketing at the company. He held the same position at Northwest Oil & Gas Trading Co.. Lou has 30 years of experience in midstream energy logistics and previously served as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Business Development for Statia Terminals. Bradley hadoperating responsibility for both the Midwest and Gulf Coast regions of Statia.

Gilbert JohnVice President of Business Development
Gilbert John is the Vice President of Business Development of BTB Refining. Gilbert has over 40 years of oil industry experience and worked previously as Vice President for Statia Crude and Condensate in Houston, developing Eagle Ford pipelines and Statia’s Galena Park condensate splitter. Until 2011, he directed the logistical operations of Plantation Pipe Line, KM Southeast Terminals and KM Transmix in Atlanta. Prior to 2004, Gibert served as General Manager of Operations for Colonial Pipeline.

Kristin CastilleVice President of Finance and Administration
Kristin Castille is the Vice President of Finance and Administration of BTB Refining. She held the same position at Northwest Oil & Gas Trading Co. from 2014 until its sale in 2017. She has 11 years of experience in the midstream sector, and prior to those roles, worked at Ernst & Young for 5 years in a financial advisory practice.

Bridget IrvingTerminal Manager
Bridget Irving is the Terminal Manager at the BTB Refining facility in Ingleside. Bridget has over 20 years of experience in supply and logistics. Prior to his role at BTB Refining, he spent 10 years in the midstream energy sector managing transportation terminals for Genesis Energy.
